We were honoured to advise MASLINICA Hotels & Resort. in collective negotiations with the Trade Union of Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia, which, after several months of constructive dialogue, resulted in the signing of an annex to the Collective Agreement. The successful conclusion of the negotiations resulted in harmonisation of the Collective Agreement with the latest amendments to the Labour Act, while also improving workers’ material rights, including their salaries, supplements and other remuneration.
Throughout the negotiations, Maslinica. demonstrated its commitment to ensuring high-quality and competitive working conditions within the local community and securing long-term success based on employee well-being.
