Zabrana reklamiranja odvjetnika na internetu

Upravni odbor Hrvatske odvjetnicke komore na 16. sjednici odrzanoj 13.ozujka 1997. zakljucio je ( da ) odvjetnici, odvjetnicka drustva i zajednicki odvjetnicki uredi ne mogu formirati stranice na Internetu, jer predstavljaju promidzbu koja je u suprotnosti s Kodeksom odvjetnicke etike.

Attorney advertising on the Internet prohibited

The Management Board of the Croatian Bar Association (CBA) reached a decision at its 16th session held on 13 March 1997 thereby prohibiting creation of Web pages to individual attorneys, attorneys practicing law in joint offices and law firms as this is considered attorney advertising, which is contrary to the Code of Ethics for practicing attorneys.
